Just read that Lindsay Lohan is suing E*Trade over that Milk-aholic commercial saying the baby is modled after her......and she is suing for 50 MILLION for of compensatory damages and $50 MILLION of exemplary damages. She also demanded that E*Trade stop running the ad and turn over all copies to her....I've seen this commercial dozens of times and never thought of Lohan once when seeing it. Thoughts? 

shes on crack. maybe she thought the "milkaholic lindsy" was her? maybe she thinks that means that she is addicted to MILK, or another white substance?! who knows shes insane. lol.. Maybe she is broke from all the crack she has been smokin. So she figured there is a baby on the E*trade comercial named lindsy with a "milk" problem soo .... hmm that MUST BE ME!! -or so she thinks because she is hallucinating... because she is on CRACK!!! LMFAO 

shes totally full of herself, i used to like her til she became an egomaniac and thinks everyone wants to be her, just because one of the babies in that commercial is called lindsey like its only for her 

I think she is desprite for money since all of the shows are not calling anymore, poor Lin, guess it's time to really grow up and get a real JOB. But hey , JMO. 

LOL, I agree. The story I read on CNN said that her lawyer maintained that Lohan has the same "single-name" recognition as celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Madonna....REALLY????? 

I think she might be partying a little too hard with that lawyer. There are definately more Lins than her I think of when I hear that name. Hmm guess I must of missed that announcement.

lindsey vonn, lindsey wagner are two off the top of my head shes not the only one, and lindsey wagner was around way before she was even thought of

she doesnt own the name Lindsy so I dont understand why, unless she is taking offence to the "milkaholic" coment.. which in doing so would kind of make her guilty right? So what exactly is she admiting too here?! LOL 

when I saw that commercial........it didnt make me think of her at all......she has definitely lost it but hey I heard that she is hurting for money. the other day on the radio I heard that she was supposed to fly to paris to work with a designer but she went shopping before going to the airport and she spent too much and couldnt afford her ticket. sad she was good in parent trap but then went downhill.....in the pic about this suit she looks 40.........get off the drugs gal you are ruining your life. this is just as ludacris as the lawsuit filed against the black eyed peas by a girl that says boom pow is her song and they stole it from her.....I heard the clip and they only thing I can tell that it is alike is they both say boom boom boom in the song.......I mean how many other songs say boom??? silly
