Well a few actually, I had heard that you can now make appointments at IACH via the Web.... How? I want to make one for my son, and I need to make some for me as well. Secondly I heard you can take the self care classes online and I would like to do that. What is the site? I tried to find the info on the Riley home page but just my luck the Medical page is down. Thanks Ladies! 

Go to the IACH website and look to the right hand side of the screen and it's says "Selfcare" click on it and you might get the info on where to go from there. Thats all I remember. I use it every month for me and my family. Its an easy test by the way. 

Self-Care Program IACH sponsors a new Self-Care Program designed to help participants recognize common minor illness and injury symptoms and to implement appropriate treatment options. Every participant receives a Self Care reference manual and is eligible to receive over-the-counter (OTC) medications from the Outpatient Pharmacy (limited to 3 items per family member per month). Classes are typically held Wednesdays from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. in Preventive Medicine Services. Evening classes for FRG groups at Battalion level are scheduled PRN. 785-239-7323. To make tricare appointments online go to www.tricareonline.com. However, I have found it easier just to call. Maybe its just me though.
