Okay this is the problem. Me and my wife are in the middle of the divorce process, and when we are around each other she Is very violent so I'm currently living in the barracks.

Since I'm not there she refuses to take care of the children is breaking and selling everything. Telling me that the kids need to be with me because she isn't going to take care of them anymore I'm afraid for them but since we live on post the house is hers and children are not allowed in/at the barracks. I new to post so I have no one to watch them while I am at work even if I can find my children and I another place.... Can someone offer advise... Please

You need to Call 239-6767 and tell them you need to speak to a victim advocate if you need to speak to someone immediately. Or ACS and ask for FAP tomorrow. If you need to, tell your command you need help due to an emotionally and possible physically violent (??) spouse. Yes, you signed for housing for your family but such does not mean this woman can do whatever she wants. Command is very aware there are women who abuse, do not be ashamed to ask for help before you and or children are hurt.

You need to call the MPs. That is child neglect. 239-MPMP is the number.

Here is the Chaplain HELP line: 785-239-4357 (I believe it is 24 hours but could be wrong)
If she is abusive towards you then you can call the Victim Advocates at 785-307-1373 (24 hours).

I will tell you that if you call the Victim Advocates and tell them that she is neglecting your children then they will call the MPs. They are very helpful working with everything for you though.

Chaplains do have special privilege. I would recommend calling them for help if you don't want to call the MPs, but the MPs are the best option in this case. Your children come first.
