this chincy little thing didn't last 2 weeks on the chain they provided. Has any one else had to pay this amount or can I request a new one before the final check out and pay less of nothing? 

You pay for it even if you request one now. 

If it is falling apart, I would take that in and request a new one... thats different than losing it. I cant see charges for it falling apart if you bring all the pieces. 

They were going to make me pay for one but i got out of it. Why because i never had one to begin with. They told me i had one for forsyth but 1st off when i moved in June of 07 Forsyth didnt exsist. and 2nd off I WAS NEVER ISSUED ONE FOR ANYWHERE ON POST NOR DID MY HUSBAND OR I EVER TRY TO GET ONE!!
