We ll have our PrePreinspection for our house in McClellan Place on Thur and I was wondering what will they look for?!I know stains in the carpet and the blinds...what else?!R they really strict about it?!We ve been in this house 2,5yrs, does that matter?! 

They look at cubbords, counter tops all floors, doors window, appliances ect. Like my lanollium in my kitchen got ripped when i moved the fridge becuase of layers of it on the floor made it soft so when i moved it it ripped. I had to pay 75 dollars at move out for that. We also had to pay for a bathroom door which since it was a small door it was only 45 dollars. We went and bought the blinds for like 7 or 8 dollars at home depot VS paying housing 15 per blind through housing. pre inspection is a breeze I think they went through my house in like 5 minutes and most to all of my stuff was already moved out of the house. The pre inspection is just to tell you what is wrong with your place and what you will owe at move out if you dont fix it before you have your finnal inspection at move out. 

Oh and the blinds if you have damaged blinds you dont have to have them cut and put up yourself you can just buy them give them to housing at move out and they will cut and hang them themselves. Thats what i did. 

Pre-inspections are great. They point out what you might not have noticed and give you time to correct to avoid fees.
