Not that I know of. I found it on facebook back in February (when it was posted) and that's the only place I've seen it. 

Yea, it is a Facebook application that is running the contest. 

I voted a while back too... I hope someone finds the extra people we need for votes. I'm sad that we've never been in the lead.
