Now they know what "Active Duty" member got them!!- Just why do people not thank people for giving them thing on post? Not run out and sale them? 

The add says-- I have two tickets they are $160 ea FIRM

Maybe... they already bought the tickets. Then they decided to get the ones passed out today for free, and sell the ones they had.

If they are selling the ones they got for free today. That is just wrong. 

Looking at the sitting- they are the free ones. They gave 4 to each person, this person have 4 for sale! They were give today the time and date are the same as the time they were given away at the USO. 

I wouldn't go as far as to say they are the free ones as the seller posted the same tickets for sale on may 1. 

People were doing that with the NASCAR tickets too. It drives me crazy. You got those for free and now you are trying to make a quick buck. It's wrong on so many levels. If you can't use them pass them along to someone else for FREE. 

We go free Kenny Chesney/Brooks and Dunn tickets in SC. The tickets said "military only" on the back if you held them under a special light. At the entrance gate, they held all the tickets under a lamp, and if they were military you were asked to show your active duty, dependent, or government-employee ID. I noticed that the police took a few people aside if they didn't have ID. Not sure if they will do it there, but a lot of those people got busted. There is always someone trying to make a fast buck. 

Just hope a person does not do it! Not a way to make money on a a free deal. Not nice to the people who gave to the troops! 

They say they are on the field the free tickets i got are in an upper level section they probably bought there own. 

I sincerely hope that's not the case; but, karma, karma, karma...

Whoever would text someone while not even knowing the facts has a lot of nerve and is very rude!

I saw people on facebook talking about an ad on bookoo that was recently flagged (and removed), but it was very clear that it was not the free military tickets since the seller posted the same exact ad back on May 1st.

I can totally see if you know the person, see the person lives on ft riley, etc to say something or speak your mind, otherwise that is just out of line. 

Looks like I was right; they did buy them.

Let's take this as a lesson in assumptions.

ASSUME- It makes an @$$ out of U and Me. 

If I were contacted about wrongfully sold tickets, and had purchased them myself, I'd have politely made the caller/texter aware that such was not the case and that it was unfortunate to hear. If the tickets were still up for grabs, I'd say thanks for bringing that to my attention; I'll make note of that on my post(s). 

I am guessing this person has had enough. They have probably been harassed more then once, and are sick of it. I know the Silent Ranks of Fort Riley was talking about it too. 

I did tell her that I bought and paid for them and that I had the credit card bill to prove it and she (a388285uu) told me that she had given my phone number to ITR and MWR and that they would be contacting me! And I did get an email from someone else about her doing the same thing to them about Country Stampde tickets.

these are the "free" military appreciation day tickets that were given out for country stampede, and she is selling them for $100. I know for a fact because she sent me a pic of them.

Looks like miss "a388285uu" has way too much time on her hands to go as far as contact people to 'report' you and in the end she has now made false reports all from making assumptions. What a surprise there... 

Oh yeah, I saw those country stampede tickets too and that one seller I was referring to when I was talking about people changing their city to "secret location"...people aren't stupid and if you have little features of your home in your pictures people can still tell where you live lol
