Someone once told me there is a bus stop in JC for Chapman schools. Is this information accurate? I am curious if there is busing to Chapman High School for folks living out in Milford.

Hmmmm i know there is a couple of kids living in jc going to chapman. My daughter says they ride the ata bus. She thinks its 2 a day

There used to be a pick up out on the road past quinton point apts. That was a couple years ago though. If you take 6th past dillons and out into the county limits is where it was.

There is, it's called the Mixing Strip.

I live down 18 from the middle school and I see a chapman bus stop where they have cinder piles or something of the sort... kids are getting off the bus and people are waiting.

They are not there picking up JC kids. The Chapman school district comes pretty close to JC on 18, up near Milford Lake on Old Milford Lake Road, and I believe even on the south side of 70 near Grandview Plaza. It's a BIG district. Covers a lot of ground.

Wouldn't it be easiest to talk to the school directly? Not only would they be aware of their pick up points, but they'd be able to add you to the list (after filling out paperwork) to be accepted on the bus.

I think most of the responses in this thread are kind of confusing and not that helpful, unless you don't really need a kid to get on the bus and just want to go hang out at the bus stop to see the kids or something.

I'm asking because I am looking at where I want to buy a home. I can request they go to whatever school, I'd simply prefer not to drive twenty minutes back and forth everyday to send them to a better school if there is a bus system in place other military families are already aware of.

Okay, well still, I'd call the school, because it doesn't seem that a clear answer has come from all these responses.
