lol..I usually tell people about this site but they pretty much know how it used to be. I've been a "lurker" on and off for 4 years and have joined and deleted my acct so many times because of the negative vide that this site used to generate...Thankfully now you can come here and be able to chat without being attacked and get useful information sometimes. I hope people will change their minds and visit for themselves and see that RUG isn't all about Drama and catfights! 

Instead of lurking post something positive, I could use some help with posting events on the calander if you are willing. Anything from MWR would be a great start like Family Bingo, Beer fest, Etc.

Ive been here for awhile. I left for a long time because there used to be some really nasty folks on here, that loved to argue. It was ok for them to voice their opinion but if you voiced yours and it didn't agree with what they wanted to hear then they would jump all over you. Also you had a lot of the ones that just wanted to argue, if you said the sky was blue they would argue that it was green. A few people on here still like to try to "rule" this site but not as bad as it once was.

I think the problem is that you can't find it on RYS anymore. I found it by clicking on a link on top of the RYS main page, but I don't see it anymore.

It disappeared after that whole hacking incident a while back and never came back.

yes I agree we did get more traffic when that link was on RYS maybe an posting on RYS in free showing the www.rileyunderground.com for local forum would help get the word out for anyone who wants to post it
