Who else is getting terrible internet "service"??? I live on post and have had horrible service for at least a week now. 

I read on facebook that people are calling and getting 1 and 2 day credits on their accounts for the service being down. 

I thought they just upgraded stuff, or were in the process... either way I figured it'd be better by now.

I've got Allegiance and I got off around 1700 to do something, and hubby walked in and said net was down and I was like no... I was just on it. I looked up at the modem and saw the lights out. They stayed out til after we went to bed. Happy its back up this morning, tho not surprised since its never down long whenever it does go down. 

I got rid of centurylink. They called us and told us we were like 3 months behind on payments. I was like, no, I have the confirmation emails; i paid online. They said; don't care; tell it to collections.

Got rid of them speedy quick. I sent the payment confirmations to the collection company (on centurylink's suggestion) and they said that they would clear it.
